My talk at the Panormus.tech event: Don't outsource your sanity check to probabilistic algorithms
This is a summary of my talk at the Panormus.tech event on AI-associated delusions, or ‘AI psychosis’. While LLMs can be an incredibly useful tool, we should be aware of their shortcomings, (deliberate) design issues, how our own psychological vulnerabilities and stressors play a role, and ways to protect our psychological well-being.
